Cannabis For Pets: CBD Treats Treat Pain, Seizures, and More, Truly Healing Animals

If you’ve been paying attention, by now you must know cannabis contains a lot of things that are good for health, in all kinds of animals from canines to human beings. Cannabinoids like THC or CBD identified in the timeless medicinal plant are a unique “all in one” fix to all kinds of health problems, from the symptoms of epilepsy, to cancer, to diabetes, and everything in between.

Naturally now people are wanting to treat the health conditions of their pets with it. For probably centuries some individuals must have known about the properties of this plant when it comes to treating animals as well. As one articleputs it, “The majority of the pet owners that are using the product are using it for separation anxiety, things like hip dysplasia and arthritis, mobility pain, aging — a lot of elderly dogs are using the product — and then there are some dogs that have epilepsy that use the product with great success, some dogs with cancer.”

So a couple years ago, positive headlines were made when a small company called Purity Petibles gained attention for producing CBD treats and tinctures for dogs, cats, and other animals.

“Hemp is a wonderful crop that has some amazing benefits for your furry friends. Compounds in hemp have been shown to reduce anxiety, reduce pain and inflammation, reduce seizures, help increase appetite, provide an overall sense of well-being and so much more,” the company wrote on their website. “All of our products contain hemp that is non GMO, full spectrum hemp CBD oil grown in the USA, from farms that use high end organic farming practices.”

Cannabis products for dogs and cats are also said to alleviate the symptoms of their anxiety, which is complete common sense. Really this shouldn’t be news to anyone, people have just suffered from the common sense being beaten out of them when it comes to naturopathy, which is basically just health.

When pets age and begin to suffer from the symptoms of old age, cannabis treats are said to help them feel less pain and, more importantly, actually be physically healthier rather than a drug just masking the symptoms of underlying issues. People can rest assured that this will work, unlike anything else they’re bound to get that is produced by a pharmaceutical corporation.

Each one of the aforementioned treats is infused with 5 milligrams of PRC Hemp Oil, and it is said that this company’s product doesn’t use diluted oil, with some products ranging in purity from 17-40% across different brands.

When purchasing CBD oil, it’s important to really ask everything about it, because some of it isn’t nearly strong enough. Truthfully, full spectrum, dark colored cannabis oil with THC included is the best way to treat just about any type of health condition. People who have survived cancer with the help of full spectrum cannabis oil that still contains THCcan attest to that fact. Why should people neuter their medicine and take out the THC?

The paradigm on cannabis is shifting so dramatically, now the mainstream media even has to report on cannabis treats for pets. According to a recent article from Forbes:

“Visit a dog park in a state where cannabis is legal, and you’re sure to overhear someone recommend giving CBD to their pet. Similar to the way we talk about CBD and humans, there is a plethora of examples where CBD might help–anxiety when traveling or going to the vet, pain maintenance, using THC as a tumor inhibitor, etc. If you Google search “cbd and pets” right now, the results show three times the options of “pet-friendly” products to buy as there are educational resources. There is no question that people are already medicating their dogs with forms of cannabis and CBD extracts.”

The Forbes article is long and droning, citing all kinds of official explanations for how cannabis affects animals, citing laws and things that ultimately water down the common sense experience of pet owners.

Pet owners who love their animals will know what to do by heart, and if they research to the extent that is necessary without it becoming contrived or based on a false premise.
